I spent two seasons playing in Dirty Laundry’s troupe titled The Next Generation, this structure allowed up and coming artists to improvise with more seasoned and well respected actors. In season one, I played Princess Astrid! A do-gooder space princess who just wants everyone to be okay. In season two I played Madame La Morte, a fortune telling, story making, reluctant lady who fell in love with a man who wore a strainer on his head. In the 2015 Improv Games that took place in Calgary, Simon Rock and I represented The Next Gen and got kicked out quickly. The picture below captures our losing faces.
